You know the culture by heart.
This is where you learn yourself.
Private 1:1 coaching for Indian women physicians and high-achieving desi professionals who built the life everyone approved of, and want to actually live it.
You can run a code without your hands shaking. But telling your mother you are not coming on Sunday? Tongue-tied.
I know, because I was you. Indian, brown, woman, doctor. I checked every box they gave us. Infectious disease physician. Married. Respectable. And quietly, completely unhappy.
I left medicine by choice. I signed divorce papers with shaking hands and chose myself. I went through IVF, IUI, years of trying, and then chose a child-free life on purpose. I did all of it without burning down my family, my culture, or my respect for either. Nobody handed me a manual. I had to write one.
That manual is what we use in this room.
This is not therapy, and it is not a pep talk. And it is definitely not one of those "break free from your culture" programs, because I think that framing is lazy and wrong. You do not need to love your family less. You need to stop disappearing inside their version of you.
Here is how it works
Six months. Eighteen private sessions, one every ten days, just us. Long enough between sessions to live your life; never so long that the momentum fades.
The first stretch: you finally say what you want, out loud, to another human. (Most of my clients have never done this once. Not once.)
The middle: we take apart the guilt. The "what will people think." The boundaries you set halfway and then abandon. You learn a boundary has two parts, and you practice both.
The final stretch: you have the conversations. You make the moves. Real changes, made like an adult who loves her family and also happens to love herself.
What changes
My clients do not become different people. They become the person they already were, said out loud. One of them told me, after months of this work:
"I'm okay just the way I am. Because everyone around me has me question that."
That sentence is the whole job.
The investment
Six months, eighteen sessions, one decision. We talk numbers on the consultation, once we both know this is your room. What I will tell you now: you have spent money on things that made you smaller. This is the first thing you will buy that makes you bigger.
Book your consultationIt is free, it is an hour, and it might be the first conversation where you do not have to translate yourself.
